These are so simple and easy to do but they look like your some sort of craft master. I ordered some plain spoons off eBay for £2 for a pack of 6. I also ordered hunters flavour of the month, toy story stencils again from eBay for £3.68.
I then taped the stencils onto each spoon and just used hunters colouring pens to literally colour in the stencils. It’s that simple!
Story time spoons are very handy in getting your toddler into a book. It gives them something to hold whilst you read the book and also it’s a great way of getting them to recognise and point out characters.

Then I had one spoon left over and another favourite bedtime book of ours is Elmer. I sponged on different colours paints to match the theme of our colourful bedtime mate. Let it dry and then used a sharpie to freehand draw a similar (not the best lol) elephant.

So if you little one loves stories and also tries to grab the pages and books these are a great use to their little hands!
